HR Rating System
This is a Human Resources System which is used for rating the staff performance in the Department. The rating affected the year appraisal as well.
To comply with my confidentiality agreement I have omitted and appropriated confidential information. These designs are a reinterpretation of the original.
My Role
I was part of the team and liable for the information architecture, experience strategy and interface design of the entire system. I was solely responsible for analyzing user journey, determined the sitemap and created high‐fidelity prototype to our development team and usability testing within 1 month. I worked alongside a project manager and two software developers.

The Requirements
Dark theme with frisky design style
In order to well organise and cooperate with the team, site architecture and system workflow were taken as first task in my priority list.
The gray scale wireframe was used for ensuring the design direction. System owner aimed at creating a playful and gaming system to encourage the staff be more motivated to make contributions. Thus, I chose to apply a dark theme colour palette and frisky design style.
