Revamped "Student Orientation 2017" into "Student Orientation 2018" by Drupal platform and the website layout structure is still being used in 2019.

Persona analysis is used to determine what information and types of page should be designed for the orientation website. For example, "Timeline" illustrated and marked the crucial and must-join events, "Resources" mentioned the required and useful information in CityU.
